The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission earlier today send a message to all POS Merchants through her Twitter page @officialEFCC. Stating that :-

“Naira scarcity is not a Factor For any POS Operator to become a Tax Collector calling himself an Investor The Eagle’s Investigator(s) are out to deal with Perpetrators”
