1. Negative Self-Talk:- Basically, negative self-talk is any inner dialogue you have with yourself that may be limiting your ability to believe in yourself and your own abilities, and to reach your potential. It is any thought that diminishes your ability to make positive changes in your life or your confidence in yourself to do so. Research shows that, negative self-talk leads to weak mindset.
  2.  Fear Of Failure: It may cause you to put off or avoid any activity or scenario that has the potential for an unsuccessful outcome and will lead to weak mindset.. Someone with this condition may be scared to try new things, take risks or embrace growth for fear of failure.
  3. Avoiding Challenges: Avoidance coping involves trying to avoid stressors rather than dealing with them. Avoiding stress might seem like a great way to become less stressed, but this isn’t necessarily the case. More often than not, confronting a problem or dealing with a stressors is the only way to effectively reduce the stress it causes.
  4. Blaming Others: Blame is defined as assigning responsibility for a fault or wrong. We blame others for a number of events: so and so made us late, she made me feel guilty, they pressured me to make a decision, he made me explode with rage. Blaming others leads to several unhelpful emotions, such as resentment, anger, and hatred. This attitude of believing you are a victim takes you nowhere. In fact, it can be detrimental to your growth. If you all you do is believe you were a victim, you will have nothing to change or improve. In simple words, you will believe that you are perfect the way you are but the outcome is nothing.
  5. Self-limiting Beliefs: Self-limiting beliefs are the assumptions or perceptions we have about ourselves and the way the world works. These assumptions are “self-limiting” because by holding on to these beliefs, we are in some way holding ourselves back from achieving our goals.
