Monday 4th December 2023- In a momentous event, at the Owa-Ale of Ikare Akoko, HRM Oba Adélékè Adegbite Adedoyin, the Owa-Ale of Ikare-Akoko, alongside the Ikare youth, has praised the commendable efforts of the Louds Dakiz Human Development and Empowerment Initiative (DHDEI) a Non-Governmental Organization in positively impacting the community.

Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi, the driving force behind the NGO, proudly unveiled the ambitious “Ikare Youth Empowerment 2024” initiative, receiving overwhelming support from the local youth.

The Oba Adeleke expressed gratitude for the DHDEI’s dedication to uplifting the community, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in fostering sustainable development.

Akingbade Toluwa-Jolomi, in unveiling the Ikare Youth Empowerment 2024 initiative, outlined a comprehensive plan aimed at equipping the youth with skills, resources, and opportunities essential for their growth and prosperity. He further said the Organization will be proving Vocational and Technical Skills Acquisition for Youths at not Training Fee cost through partnership with Entrepreneurs in the Community.

The Ikare youth, in response, pledged their unwavering support to the initiative, recognizing it as a pivotal step towards a brighter future. The empowerment program encompasses education, vocational training, and mentorship, reflecting a holistic approach to youth development.
